Vasiliki Trikou

Vasiliki holds a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of the Aegean and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Macedonia.
She has worked in both industrial and research environments, gaining exposure to quality control, sensory analysis, and consumer research. During her time at the Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology in Spain, she contributed to an innovation-driven project exploring the environmental impact of microplastics, where tools such as eye-tracking and EEG were used to assess consumer awareness and perception. She also participated in the development of sustainable, fruit-based packaging solutions as part of a parallel research initiative.
She is a curious and motivated individual, interested in innovation and eager to contribute to projects that combine new technologies with real-world impact.
