Iosif Vourvachis

Iosif Vourvachis is a Civil Engineer, holding an MBA. He has been working as a civil engineer since 2002. Since 2006 he has been working in the framework of EU Programs as a Project Manager, managing complex multinational projects, most of which led to the development of innovative IT solutions in an international context. Iosif is a solution-driven professional, able to show a high level of adaptability in international, multicultural and multilingual environments. Since 2014 and for 10 years, he led the development of an EU Projects department and supported the organizational transformation in one of the biggest NGOs in Greece. Iosif has extensive experience in building and leading teams, organizational development, managerial responsibilities, negotiation, financial management, and strategic planning. He is also adept at representing an organization in high-stakes stakeholder meetings.
